Creation of sacred art in the 21st century is exciting and challenging work. One can continue to honor the traditional, sacred imagery while observing that tradition is a living thing. We are called to translate into modern terms the immense heritage of the past and to put it in harmony with contemporary life, thereby contributing to a living tradition.
A number of our artists are very experienced with all aspects of custom design and collaboration while others are new to the process. All of our artists are unique in style and are devoted to sacred art. In considering commissioning a piece of sacred art, please have a look at the variety of styles and media on our website and we encourage you to read about the artists whose work you may be interested in.
Depending on your needs, budget and time frame you may want to consider an existing piece of art, or as in the case of bronzes ordering from an existing edition.
